RAPITEAM operates as a service coordination and supervision partner. All physical works are carried out by independent, qualified professionals. We manage scheduling, communication, and quality control to ensure that maintenance and repair tasks fit seamlessly into the property turnover process
Inspections and reporting
Properties are inspected before handover to verify service completion and identify outstanding issues. Reports are provided when required.
Key management and access
We manage access coordination, key handovers, and operational readiness for incoming occupants or managing parties.
Renovation and material support (secondary)
For refresh or renovation projects, RAPITEAM may support coordination of materials through its parent company MIS AZULEJOS D.K ILOH S.L.
